I’m Taylor and thanks for taking the time to check out what I am about. I work with all gender identities but I focus on men’s mental health. What brought me to focus on men, after years spent in settings working with families and substance misuse, was a friend making a suggestion. After some reflection on the work I had done in therapy and the patterns I had been seeing with clients, I shifted in order to share what I learned.

I consider myself a fellow traveler with the people I work with, we are collaborators. I find the people that find me want to work on expressing themselves, assertiveness, improved boundaries, improving their sense of Self, not being seen as “the bad guy”, to name a few. I help people shift out of their regular scheduled programming. Sometimes these men find me on their own, other times a partner sends them my way, but whatever the reason let’s get to it!

My offer to you is to get moving through life again no matter what occurs. All I ask is that you show up for you and I will do the same. I work out of a variety of modalities but adapt to whatever the needs of my clients are which evolve over time. Thanks for considering me!
